일어로 혼재되어 있어 사용 언어를 영어로 바꾸고자합니다

매뉴얼대로 파라메타 2205번 을 영어 SETTING으로 변경하여도 사용언어가 일어에서

영어로 변경되지 않고있습니다.

1.2 12M은 System Soft를 교환해야 언어를 선택할 수 있습니다.

2. 444의 이상전류 검출은 HC알람이라 합니다.

2.1 SET UP 과정에서 발생 하였던 문의하신 알람내용과 DGN 723번으로 보아서

0 시리즈 NC를 사용하고 있는것 같군요. 귀하께서 문의하신 444의 이상전류 검출은

HC 알람이라 합니다.

SET UP 과정에서 발생 하였다면 파라메타 8400번대를 확인하여 주시고,

알람이 해제가 되지 않으면 SERVO AMP의 TR MODULE이 소손될수 있읍니다.

3. Sram Cader 로 백업하는 방법

3.1 SRAM Card를 사용하여 CNC Data를 입출력하는 조작방법 자체는 각 CNC Manual

중 보수설명서에 자세히 소개되어 있습니다. 보수설명서 부록란의 Boot System을

참조해 주십시오.

SRAM Card의 Data를 관리하기 위해서는 대개의 경우 노트북 컴퓨터를 사용하게

되는데, OS가 Windows95/98인 경우는 다음과 같은 설정을 해준뒤 관련 Driver가

설치되어야 합니다.(탐색기에 메모리카드 슬롯이 별도 Drive로 잡힙니다.)

메모장과 같은 텍스트 편집기로 Config.sys 파일을 편집한 다음 파일 끝에 다음

내용을 추가합니다.

device=c:\windows\system\csmapper.sys

device=c:\windows\system\carddrv.exe /slot=n

n 값에는 컴퓨터에 있는 PC 카드 슬롯 수를 입력합니다.

4.1. POWER ON

4.2. PARAMETER(SETTING 2)에서 PWE=1로 변경

4.3. PARAMETER 64=00010000, 46=10000000으로 변경

SERCH방법 알아서 C9B9를 찾으시면 됩니다.

알람 510 알람은 X축 Strokr Limit알람입니다.

파라메타 700을 조정하여 사용하시면 간단히 해제가 됩니다.

경우에 따라 조금씩은 다르지만 대부분의 NC는 위와 같이하면 해제가 됩니다

7. Buffer overflow Alarm에 대하여..

내용 먼저 CNC에서 DNC를 수행하는 개념에 대해서 말씀드리겠습니다.

DNC운전이라는 것은 CNC의 Hardware적인 제약(CNC 프로그램메모리(SRAM) 용량 제한에 의해 Size가 큰 가공프로그램을 가공할 수가 없어서 외부메모리운전(Read/Punch Interface 즉,RS 232C를 이용)에 의존해서 작업하는 것을 말합니다.

하지만 이경우에도 CNC가 처리 가능한 기본 Buffer역시 2Block을 초과할 수 없게 되지요. 그렇다면 외부메모리운전시에 CNC와 통신채널로 결합된 PC가 일방적으로 Data를 날려보낸다면 어떻게 될까요 ?

바로 이때 CNC에서는 정해진(받을 수 있는) Data 이상보내지 말라는 약속된 신호(프로토콜)를 전송하게됩니다.

이신호를 CNC나 PC 그 어느쪽에서 처리 하지 못해서 발생되는 Alarm이 “buffer overflow”알람이죠.

이유는 Noise가 원인이 될 수도 있지만, 경험상 주로 PC쪽 I/O Board나 DNC Software의 설정부분(OS의 Resource포함)이 말썽을 부릴때가 많았습니다.

자! TEST를 한번 해보죠.

Program Check화면에서 Mode를 RMT(혹은 Tape)로 두시고 Machine Lock, Dry Run 신호를 살리신 후 문제가 발생된 가공프로그램을 돌려보세요.

문제가 발생되면 최소 5번이상 동일 조건에서 가공을 반복해보세요.

만일 똑같은 곳에서 문제가 발생된다면 Noise의 문제는 아닙니다.

그외 강전이 발생되는 전선 주위로 Data 통신용 Cable이 지나 가는지 살펴서 그 route를 변경해주시는 것도 좋은 방법이됩니다.

8. Alram 401에 대한 답변

401번과 NOT READY는 전혀 다른 알람입니다. 401알람은 NC에서 ESP신호가 동작된

후에 서보 AMP내에서 DREADY신호가 NC로 들어오지 않을때 발생하는 알람입니다.

가공 도중에 발생한다면 서보 AMP에서 DREADY신호가 죽어서 발생하는 경우입니다.

이 POINT점을 착안 하여서 CHECK 부탁합니다.

401,402,412 알람은 NC의 종류에따라 내용은 조금씩 다르지만 보통 파라메타가 전부

지워지는 경우에 발생하는 내용입니다 (0TA,0TB,0MA,0MB)

구체적인것은 귀하께서 보유하고 있는 NC를 정확히 알아야 답변 할수가 있습니다

9. Nc Program 주석달기 ( Program의 번호옆에 주석을 달고 싶은데 예) O1234 (TEST) )

사용하고 계신 NC의 MDI Keyboard에 (, ) 기호가 없을 경우

9.1 Parameter No. 3204#0(0번Bit) PAR을 1로 하면 [,]기호를 (, ) 기호로 입력할 수

있습니다.

9.2 Parameter No. 3204#2(2번 Bit) EXK를 1로 하면 Program 화면에서 (, ), @ 기호를

이때, 조작순서입니다.

1. Edit Mo de로 합니다.

2. Program 화면을 선택합니다.

3. 화면 아래의 Soft Key중에서 [조작] 또는 [OPRT]를 누립니다.

4. [>]를 누르다 보면 Soft Key중에서 [C-EXT]가 나타납니다.

5. [C-EXT]를 누르면 화면에 [ ( ], [ ) ], [ @ ]기호가 나타납니다.
